Hi Steve,   Thanks for fitting Danny in so quickly for a session on Saturday, you gave him loads to think about while he is swim training and he has confirmed that he has put your techniques into practice in his training last night.   He enjoyed 2 hours with you, I think this was long enough for him to concentrate for. He would like to do another session with you later on in the year.

Thanks again, Sarah Buckley

Hi Steve

just to thank you for the latest set of notes.

I really enjoyed the sessions and can feel the enormous potential of this stroke - even though I haven't quite got there yet. Still, going from 22 strokes per length to 15 in three sessions, it seems like I've really learned something worthwhile.

If there is any chance of a follow up, say in a month's time, I'd definitely be there.

Now I'm off to the Frank Lee to zip up and down.

thanks again

regards

John

Hi Steve,

...   after your lesson I put a few of the pointers into motion and clocked a 29min 1500m and still felt fresh afterward.

This is over 2mins faster than my pb.  Imagine if I’d got the full 3hour lesson under my belt.

cheers

Subject: Thanks

Hi Steve,

Just a quick note to say thanks so much for the swimming coaching yesterday.  It is by far the most useful time spent in the pool I have ever had and that’s no exaggeration.  The back to the basics approach involving sorting balance first is just what I need to start getting better.  I’m going to get to the

pool later on tonight to practice all the drills we went through and I hope to set up some further coaching soon.

cheers,

Vince Kamp

Hi Steve
Thanks for CC's lesson today. She really enjoyed it which is always the first crucial step and she greatly appreciated your being in the water and demonstrating what to do. You seemed to make a lot of  progress in an  hour and she's keen to put it into practice. We'll let you know how she gets on and I'm sure she'll be back for more.
Best wishes

Hi Steve
Thanks for your quick response. You asked about my daughter: CC has always loved swimming and currently swims with a swimming club in North London and in her school swimming squad. She is a strong breaststroke swimmer and has a nice though not very fast crawl but she dislikes back stroke and her butterfly is weak.  She gets tired after the first length of butterfly and is gasping by length four of a 100m (she tells me). She also needs help with her turns on all strokes (again breaststroke is her best).  She has worked very hard to get to the bottom of the top junior squad in her club but she is finding it hard to make further progress at present. She is tall and strong for her age (11 in November), highly motivated but a bit stubborn -  if she doesn't understand or believe in what she's being taught she can be quite resistant. I think she would react much better to a one to one session than a group lesson.
